This was my very first visit to a podiatrist. My first appointment at the Laurels Clinic, was seen promptly and received superb service from Elaine.My heels were very dry with lots of hard skin and callus. Within half an hour this had all been removed, felt a lot better and my heels looked and feltamazing.I would highly recommend the Laurels Clinic.

| would like to give Elaine Broadbent a big thank you at the Laurels Clinic in Garforth, for going far beyond my expectations.My partner was in agony with pain because of his infected ingrown toenail that needed immediate surgery, and the full toenail removing. We contacted Elaine at The Laurels Clinic and explained the current situation, she was extremely accommodating and went out of her way to fit us in for an appointment at short notice on a weekend for the next day. Elaine is very professional and knowledgeable with her profession and gives the patient great confidence in her and feel at ease at a very vulnerable time, especially if your needle phobic. The clinic was spotlessly clean and hygienic with excellent infection control. My partner and | were very happy with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone who wants excellent care and a very reasonable price.

My feet were in such a bad condition | was so scared of summer and getting my feet out. | had tried everything, and it was suggested by my Chiropodist toget dry needling done. | looked at a few places for quotes and Elaine responded straight away, answering all queries sometimes as late as 10 pm! She reassured me along the way but always giving me realistic expectations. | felt as relaxed as possible during the procedure and received excellent aftercare,and Elaine was always on the other end of the phone if | had any worries or concerns. 5 months later both feet are fully healed and | now have so much confidence! | cannot thank Elaine and her team enough, they really did improve my quality of life. As | had an ingrown toenail for some years, | had been to a few chiropodists with only temporary relief, but then | was introduced to Elaine Broadbent. A very lovely lady! As | did not want the whole toenail removed, she suggested a partial removal instead. | was very nervous on the day but Elaine put me at ease. Apart from the pain-killing injection, | never felt a thing. | can now wear my closed shoes and boots with no pain and with my toenails painted, you'd never know. | would highly recommend her.

I have had problems with ingrowing toenails for many years and had them removed 3 times with a bad experience each time. Fed up with being in pain, I contacted Elaine who is a lovely very experienced lady. Elaine put my mind at rest regarding having further toenail surgery. The surgery was so much better than previous operations, I was very nervous, but hardly felt anything. It was good to have follow up checks too. My toenails are healing really well and I am now no longer in pain. I can highly recommend Elaine and can’t thank her enough.
